I had an amazing stay at a hostel in South America. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and a strong Wi-Fi signal. The breakfast was delicious and filling, and there was a small kitchen available for preparing meals. I had a safe and comfortable experience at this hostel. I highly recommend it!

Free breakfast, helpful staff, travel agency next door. Cons: The Wi-Fi signal was weaker than my third cousin's will to exercise.

We stayed at Okidoki Hostal in Cusco on three occasions and had a great experience. The courtyard was a nice place to relax in the sun, and the wifi was good enough for FaceTiming home. The staff were excellent and helped us book affordable trips at the okidoki tour agency. The rooms and toilets were clean, and we had hot water 24/7. The breakfast was different every day, and the people were always happy to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend staying here and had such a good experience that we booked two more stays.

I stayed at Okidoki Hostal for four nights and had a lovely experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me find great deals on hikes and activities through their travel agency. The beds were comfortable and the showers were nice and hot. I enjoyed spending time in the outdoor common area, especially playing foosball. The location was also quite good, just a 10-minute walk from the plaza.
Would recommend this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing valuable information. The location was convenient, with many restaurants and cafes nearby.- The breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
The room was cold at night, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The hostel felt unsafe, with key storage that was easily accessible to anyone.

Friendly staff, fluent English speakers, clean shared kitchen, great location for Salkantay trek, luggage storage during multi-day trek.

Valerie
The hostel is conveniently located near the main square with easy access to local attractions and the local market. The staff at the hostel were very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service.- The hostel offers a well-equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.
The rooms were not well-maintained and lacked essential amenities such as furniture and hooks to hang jackets. The noise levels in the hostel were excessive, with tour groups meeting early in the morning and loud doorbells constantly ringing.

The location of this hostel was fantastic, being just a short walk away from popular attractions and local restaurants. The convenience of having everything within reach made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, the staff were polite and helpful, providing tips and recommendations for places to visit.
The lack of heating in the rooms made it quite chilly, especially during the colder nights. Also, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a shortage of basic amenities like soap and towels.

Joy
We had a great stay at a hostel conveniently located near the bustling San Pedro market, offering a unique shopping experience. The main square of the city was also just a short walk away, making it easy for us to explore the historic center. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided us with enough energy for a day of sightseeing. the laundry service was quick and affordable.
An inconvenience was the limited number of bathrooms, especially for those staying on the ground floor.
